Shipping Policy
We use USPS and FedEx Ground as our primary delivery service.  To ensure delivery of your order when checking out, please ensure your telephone number is included with your order.  You can enter your telephone number in the special comments/instruction section of the shopping cart. Please note: FedEx requires a valid telephone number.  Failure to provide a valid telephone number will result in your order being delayed or depending on shipping option chosen, not being shipped at all.

For wholesale customers, please call our Customer Service Department directly to discuss wholesale shipping rates.  Please note, to qualify for special wholesale shipping rates it must be for a valid business, a minimum order quantity applies, and it must be shipped to a valid, listed business address.

As we strive to offer the freshest products possible, it typically takes 48 - 72 hours to fill and ship orders from the date the order is received.  Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays.  Orders within the continental United States are sent via USPS or FedEx Ground.  Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days.  FedEx Overnight and 2-Day Express Delivery are available for an additional surcharge. If you would like to choose one of these shipping options, please specify your preferred shipping method at time of checkout, and your shipping cost will be adjusted.  Where possible, Grains of Sense will provide a tracking number for your convenience.

For  our Canadian customers, shipping can be done at very affordable rates depending on package size and weight. Please contact us directly via e-mail or telephone before placing your order so we may discuss your questions, order and shipping arrangements directly with you. 
 
Grains of Sense® Guarantee
Part of our mission at Grains of Sense® is to produce and sell the freshest and most enjoyable coffees and teas available.  If you are dissatisfied with any Grains of Sense® product(s), please call or e-mail us and tell us.  We value your business and welcome your feedback.  We will gladly exchange or replace the item(s), or we will refund the purchase price for the unsatisfactory item(s).  We only require that you contact us within 30 days from the date of shipping, and that you return the unused portion(s) of the item(s) that you were not satisfied with to us. 


For item(s) that are deemed by Grains of Sense® to be defective, incorrect, or missing and you have chosen the exchange or replace option, Grains of Sense® will re-ship the item at no charge to you, our customer.  Grains of Sense® will also reimburse your return shipping cost calculated at FedEx Ground standard rates for your zip code.
